English Muffin Pizza
Makes 4 servings (1½ muffins)
- 6 English muffins (12 halves)
- ¾-1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1 cup whole-milk mozzarella cheese, shredded (or your favorite)
- 36 slices pepperoni
First preheat your oven to 350°. Then cut the whole English muffins into halves and place them on a cookie sheet. Top the halves with pasta sauce—more or less to your liking, but not a lot because that will result in wet halves. Sprinkle mozzarella next, followed by 3 pepperoni slices. Slide the cookie sheet into your oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the muffin halves are toasted (usually about 15 to 20 minutes).
